How to transfer music from iPod to new computer

I have recently got a new computer and every time I tried to transfer music from iPod to new computer it just deletes it all. I have tried to follow the instructions in iTunes but they are useless. Can anyone give me a step by step guide how to do it – it is driving me mad. — Paul

Step1. After your iPod connected to your new computer, launch the program – iPod to computer transfer, you will see the below UI. Normally, the program will search the device automatically. If the device is enabled, the files will be shown in the list.

Step2. Choose the list and files you want to transfer, then click “Export” button.

Step3. After you click the “Export” button, the following window will pop up; you can choose transferring to computer or iTunes directly. You can set the output folder at advanced->Options before transferring.

Step4. When the Exporting finished, the following window will pop up. It shows that how many files have been done. Last you can click the “OK” button to view the output files.
