In cruising the internet, I found someone post a question about how to transfer iTunes library from iPod to computer.

After strangling him to death, I realized I still have my entire library on my ipod, so is it possible to transfer all my iPod music to a new PC (my laptop in this case), direct from the iPod? Getting anything off my old hard disc is not an option- it’s proper b0rked.
