Get songs from ipod to itunes

I got a new computer.
and my itunes doesn’t have any of the songs that are on my ipod.
Is there any way to transfer iPod song to iTunes ?
I don’t wana lose all my songs.

When I plug my ipod to my new PC I get the “you need to reset your ipod to original factory setting”. I do not want to do so because then I will loose all my music.
